Fundamentally it’s about the sale of an image vs the sale of a practical application. Had Rachel Weisz been greeted by a Daniel Craig lookalike it would be unreasonable for customers to complain as this was the lifestyle being sold. If however this product is meant to have a practical impact on complexion then there is a reasonable expectation that Weisz’s complexion would reflect the product’s impact
